The amount of refund you are eligible for will depend on the cancellation policy of the specific product you booked. Cancellation Policy

In general, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours in advance of the rental start time will be eligible for a full refund of the rental cost.
  • Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours in advance of the rental start time will be eligible for a partial refund, with the amount of the refund depending on the specific product's cancellation policy.
  • No-shows or failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in no refund.

Please note that any additional fees, such as insurance or extra equipment rentals, may not be refundable.

DriveZones Cancellations

If DriveZones cancels your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a mechanical issue with the rental car or weather-related travel disruptions, we will provide you with a full refund of the rental cost.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel your booking, you can either contact us through our customer support hotline or send an email to our support team. Please provide your booking confirmation number and the reason for cancellation.

Refunds Policy

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, we will refund your payment in full. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount.

If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, we will charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total rental amount.

Changes to Booking

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing the pickup or drop-off location or time, please contact our customer support hotline or send an email to our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that any changes to your booking may affect the rental price, and we will provide you with the updated price before you confirm the changes.

Rental Extension

Security Deposit

We require a security deposit before you can rent a vehicle from us. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the rental period, provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was rented. If the vehicle is returned with any damage or missing items, we will deduct the repair or replacement cost from the security deposit.
